Hahahah check it out!

So, we've all seen and heard people saying that a fella just shouldn't smoke cigarettes. It's even on the package. But I'd like to share with you in depth what exactly goes on, first hand from my experience, not why you should never in your life smoke, but why you should never smoke if you cannot handle nice chemicals such as nicotene and end up smoking in access (which rules out about 99% of North America). Even smoking 2 cigarettes a day is access for your body. I was smoking about 10-20 cigarettes a day, and on some occasions more than a pack.

About a week ago or so, I caught the slightest whif of a small virus, and because of the lack of defense from smoking, I caught it and it stuck to me. At that point my body said "Alright, I've had it, I've tried and tried to tell you to treat me better, and you just didn't listen. I did the best I could". Felt pretty awful for a while.

Given the situation, I figured I aught to fix things, so I learned how to breath. Breathing was something I had been thinking about a lot less, because after smoking for 2 years or so (and heavily so for about a year), you tend to forget about it seeing as you can breath less air comfortably. Regular, full breathing is vital (no shit), so the less you breath, the less you're alive. The smoke also gets into your blood, thus replacing oxygen, which tightens your muscles. So it affects even the way you carry yourself due to tenseness. Slouching, over-exerted, clumsy, poor eyesight, high blood pressure, and many more factors that determine health and happiness.

So as I start breathing proporly, life seems easier and I can even talk wonderfully (which has always been a problem, especially with the social repucussions). As I continue breathing deeper and deeper into my lungs, I start to find things in them that shouldn't be there. So I spend about 15 minutes in the bathroom trying to get rid of what's in there, in the most unpleasant (but only) way. A bunch certainly is cleared up, but there's more to go. It's now a goal for me: To have clean lungs.

Smoking is something that can be enjoyed, just as everything else in life. Everything that grows from this planet is good. But it's easy to over indulge what is good, and you know what God has to say about gluttony and greed. It ruins the fun, and you're left feeling like shit. Hooray!

That is my story. Don't do it unless you can handle it. If you do smoke, it's easier to quit than you think. It's actually harder to smoke, if you think about the cost and the pain of cravings (not to mention physical pain).

The end!
