What I said still stands true. I'm not sure whether I'm excited for what's yet to come or scared out of my mind for Monday. There aren't any more auditions. Or callbacks. Or rehearsals. It wasn't even my senior show, and I did the same thing. What a moment.
Ben, you've been told an innumerable number of times how good you are, but I feel it needs to be said again. I'm already planning on getting tickets to see you in Children of Eden this summer. I cannot wait to see you onstage in professional productions in the future. I know you're going to be on Broadway if you stick with it.
"Here's to tomorrow" is the perfect toast, because just because this was your last Wootton show, there is so much more ahead for you, and I can't wait. :)

i'm not even involved in WHS shows, and i feel your passion and energy even through your LJ. You have so much talent and love for theater and wootton in general, and you will go so far. i'm proud to know you, and i wish you the best of luck for the future. Wootton will always be here if you need to come back

I don't even really know you, but what you said in this post was beautiful. I wish I had that many amazing theater experiences to hold onto and wish that theater was my main passion as it seems to be for you. Don't let anything get you down, I want to see you become famous one day on Broadway or wherever your performance skills go. Then I will be able to say, "Ben Lurye- oh yah, i knew him, he was in USY with me!" And i will be oh so proud. Yay theater!
