i have a sleep deficit, a burning knot of muscle between my shoulders, and a mostly working, new, live crm, workflow and data management system.

which we have until the end of the month to integrate with the billing system.

Ours only took 5 years....!!

What technologies have you used for the workflow system? We're going to be doing something similar soon (basically in the new year) so it would be good to get any tips / advice.

there's so little workflow it's all hand coded - a proper commercial 3rd party workflow system would have been overkill. the crm system has a workflow engine, but we aren't using it yet.
