Out of It

I didn't watch a single moment of the Oscars. I have become so out of touch with pop culture. It all started with the move to Germany. Since then, I don't go to the movies anymore. I barely have any idea what is popular in music. Nor, do I seem to miss being with it. I watched The Amazing Race instead ( Read more... )

We are about half way through the game. It takes a long time one or two words each a day. Plus, his letters are really bad right now, so he hasn't been able to create any words to open the board up. Right now, we are about even in score where either one of us could win.

What would you rather do: eat sauerkraut or try to kick soccer balls?
I've seen food challenges before and that one seemed pretty easy; that was a lot of beer though.
I flipped back and forth between the awards and Amazing Race. I missed the end of AR, I assume the old Big Brother lovers lost.

It was a non elimination episode. I'm sure that when they planned the season, it was known it would air against the Oscars. I really dislike non-elimination episodes. It is a major pet peeve of mine.

I dislike sauerkraut. But, that was a really easy challenge. I would have definitely chose that one. I would have been more concerned by drinking that boot of beer since neither Rochus or I drink.

I think the sauerkraut was an interesting challenge, because although it was easy, it made a SUBSEQUENT event hard: the beer would have been much easier on an empty stomach. That's new to the game.

Between all the boys you are juggling and your world travels it's hardly surprising.

I realized now that I should have screened my "ask me anything" questions. At least, that's what I noticed on other sites. Oh well.

You innocent, naive man. Clearly Rochus hasn't completely corrupted you just yet ;).

I TiVoed Amazing Race because I was out last night.

How glad are you about the end of the episode. I was so delighted because I don't want Team Big Brother to go home. I think they have more idiotic hyjinx in store. They're even dumber than team South Carolina Such As.

I'm surprised at how effective a team the cowboys are and how dumb the lesbians are. The gay brothers have a problem: one hasn't yet realized he's gay. I reaqlly like the father/daughter team, whom they rarely show...they're solidly in the middle every week.
