That’s nice to read - falling under Mr Holmes’ spell . . .

”What sort of a man might Holmes be if unburdened from that restraint? If Holmes could be untucked, unbuttoned, unlaced, who would be left? John has to wonder.”

It’s nice to see him wondering; I wonder, too, where it will lead.

It’s so fascinating this story, tales within tales and so much to discover.
