I would have loved to laugh (awesome crack idea!) but this is actually rather angsty... They (both sets of Watson and Holmes) hold up admirably.

I wonder where BBC!Sherlock is during the last explanatory conversation? Only other couple from the 21st Century, and a female Watson to the boot - surely he's a little interested?

Now, I'm just wondering if 'the three' mentioned are Mary Morstan/Watson/Holmes or Adler/Watson/Holmes are another combination...

This is both wonderful and terrifying. I love it! Though I do have one question. How have all the respective Sherlocks not gone mad in a world without people, internet or TV, where each 'section' is only a few roads that never change?

(Is that why BBC!Sherlock didn't appear?)

My guess at the trio is the Granada series where they replaced Watson's actor between seasons. (As evidenced by 'only one of two names'.)

Thank you for sharing this slightly chilling one-shot. :)

Oh you evil man.

First spot of scariness was, unsurprisingly enough, when John said they'd been there for a year. Cuz good God, just imagining how the Holmeses' brains were tearing themselves for the time they'd been here is horrifying, not just for them but for their companions. The poor things. And supposing this isn't some shared hallucination, how are their respective universes getting along without them? Are they just gone or did the universe split in two and "they" are still where they're supposed to be? Oh my God, I don't even. I wasn't expecting this from a fic that first made me think "BEN'S WRITING ELEMENTARY FIC HOLY SHIT YES" I should've known better.

I really like this!

Specially because more than crack is angst and mistery-horror-fantasy.

I will love a second one if you will, with some Sherlocks meeting, that will be more crack for sure.

Also i want to know about who made this patch up universe and why he hold them there?

I love this so I hope you can do a second installment if you want would be amazing!
