My parting story with this fandom had kind of a similar idea... but I couldn't go down the sad route:)

What a beautiful idea for a story - that was lovely to read.

It's always said one should talk to people in a coma, that they can hear - this was a great exploration of that and it was quite unusual to see John as a Doctor, with other responsibilities and other people in his life, even to the extent that he barely remembered Sherlock among all the other patients.

Great to see the 'Blog' getting some proper appreciation!
