Of course. I only eat the breast meat, so a chicken actually does both of us for a few days.

I found a great recipe - stuff the chicken with lemon quarters, pour in white wine and stock, add some garlic cloves, more lemon and sprigs of thyme, wrap in foil and roast. The smell was driving us both crazy!
