That's great about the size 10 skirt :) What sort of diet is it? Is it that tuna thing you were telling me about?
Did you send the cheque? You and I know they don't really care for the animals :/ I've been to the RSPCA a few times and I don't really like it. I went with a friend, who found a guinea pig on the road. It was wet and sick - We went to the RSPCA to see if it could get treated and the woman was horrible. She was like, Yeah it will probably get put down, its only a guinea pig. (True as it may be, my friend grew quite attached to it and cried in front of this woman and she had such an attitude about it :/
A tuna thing I'm not sure...I'm just basing my diet around heaps of fruit and vegies, wholegrain bread and pasta, very little meat for flavouring.
I got Xander from RSPCA so I do have a soft spot for them. But I don't like their rush to euthanise policy. Maybe if they have more money, they won't have to.
True, and at least you can get your money back next tax year. Our friends bought a cat for their son from the RSPCA, they were in a hurry to get rid of her. I have a soft spot for the dogs, it's hard to look at them :/
Sounds like good food, and a sensible way of doing things. I love wholemeal pasta, it's so much tastier.
I had a sushi box and salad vegies (capsicum, celery and carrot) for lunch today, and was suprised to find I enjoyed it. I am going for a sensible, balanced approach, loosely based on pritikin but more practical, not so strict.
I think the main difference is cutting out the huge quantities of sugar and fat I used to consume. And less food generally. If this goes well maybe I'll write a book - everyone else has :)
