Do you mean alcoholic drinks?
Get some Sake, you can drink it warm ((that's how most Japanese like it)).

There's a thought, I haven't had sake since I was in Japan - we'd drink it from a little wooden box with salt on one corner. (Most of what I remember from Japan involves alcohol...)

I'd love the whole Japanese experience, it would be awesome :)
I'd like to try the different flavors of Sake, Plum being on my top list.

It wasn't my thing at the time, but we spent most of the time in Tokyo and Osaka, which frightened me (Tokyo especially), it was too much. We also went to Nikko and stayed in a ryokan, that was beautiful. I'd like to give it another try, only seeing the country and places like Kyoto...
