Since getting my teeth pulled and not being able to get back on my normal routine, I really did not go back to exercising normally or at all for that matter... Lets just say, I can really tell and I am not happy. I know I'm doing this to my body, I know what I'm putting into it and not putting into it. I really need to get back on track
