I will be flying into Portland Thursday morning. It has come to my attention that the snow in Portland is actually pretty severe. Enough so at least that my mom is literally snowed in and can't leave the house down in Newberg to get me at the airport. My dad will be returning from a business trip on Friday morning, and a 4 wheel drive taxi with

I drove in it yesterday, and it wasn't too bad. I don't know if SE is too inconvenient from the airport, but if you need it, we've got your back :)

Monkeypants, I really wish I could offer you crash space, if only 1) I were actually at my place right now instead of Robert's, and 2) you weren't so allergic to Eric, and I'd actually had any sort of a chance to clean up :( .

In a pinch I might be able to do it. But, things may be a bit cramped at my place with my mom already here. Sleeping bag on my bedroom floor, maybe? Momz already has the living room called for. That's about as good as I could do at this point.... Any other time and I'd offer you my couch! :)

You can crash here on Thurs. if the cats aren't too much for you. It's close to the max and really easy to get here from the airport.

Also, the roads are totally way better today then there were yesterday. Not sure what it's like elsewhere, but it'll probably be totally fine in the next day or two.

I ditto the above offer. There's one cat and a somewhat dusty house to contend with, but the major streets close to me have generally been passable when there's snow on the ground (though I'd recommend driving with chains). Call me if you'd like to take me up on this, and we'll figure out logistics. <3
