Gah, I know how that goes! I have the same issue sometimes with indecision. Everything will work out the way that it's meant to.... You already know this!!! =)

Still, I know how disappointing it can be sometimes when you feel steered by the universe rather than the other way around.

Oh man, that sucks. :-( Birthright Israel is awesome (I went winter of my senior year of college and had a GREAT time), and there are so many options that I bet you could find a way to go; I hope you do.
