im just concerned about you doing it and then not being able to afford to live :(

but if you think you can generate enough side business there in nam then by all means go for it .. i just think it might be very stressful to worry if you are gonna make rent every month .. hmmm thats a really tough one

i also know how much you wanted to have your own business so perhaps this might be good practice for when you can do it in the future

I would agree to being a roomate, but I would prefer to live in my appartment that I am in now... Just better location and the bathroom is free and doesnt' have to cut threw any bed rooms.
