so in two weeks i sublet my house for three months and galavant around the country with my girlfriend. i am going blacksburg va, washington dc, philadelphia pa, the pokonos, ithaca ny, possibly toronto on, london on, grand rapids mi, chicago il. seattle wa, vancouver bc, portland or, and thats as far as is planned after which we wing it maybe san ( Read more... )

how about monday june 9th. i was thinking, me my girlfriend would each play a set and then somebody local. eliza plays appalachian influenced indie folk and you know what i sound like, who else would sound good in that line up and ideally draw a crowd? i've been gone so long i dont even know. you can check out eliza's stuff at www.myspace.com/elizarosbach she just finished a new album but i dont think the songs are up on her profile yet.

I haven't seen you in about forever, and it sounds as if we may be crossing paths at some point. I'm here in Colorado Springs until May 26 or so; then I'm driving north on 25 to hwy 90 and west to Seattle. I'll be there/ in Portland for about a week and a half, then starting June 7 or 8 I'll be in Bend, Oregon working at a ranch. I don't have a great concept of how much time off I get, but if you're in the area let me know and I'll see what I can do. August 15 or so, I head back to Colorado Springs where I will be working until the following June. I should be making a trip to Grand Rapids for Christmas and possibly for Thanksgiving as well. After June of '09 I have no clue. Hope to see you...?

I really enjoyed your show last night! You mentioned that no one updates their livejournal anymore, so I thought I'd try to find yours, and ta da, I did.
