Today I practically had a yelling match with my colleague while other colleagues were turning their heads and giving us curious looks. This is not how I had anticipated the confrontation to go. But then, what did I expect?
*hugs* Nope, it isn't. As I said above, sadly he's the kind of person who doesn't deal well with critique, no matter how valid is it. He just choses to ignore it and continue as if nothing had happened. He's very festgefahren in his opinions and the way he does things and if you suggest something different, he dismisses it without explanation.
At this point, all that's left for me to do is move on and be civil to him. And limit it to that.
