You are Never Actually Doing What you are Supposed to be Doing

This is always correct. I am supposed to have cleaned my room. I have not. I am supposed to be doing my powerpoint. I am not. I am supposed to have gotten fantastic grades, become responsible, and apply myself to the best of my ability. And I haven't. Because my mind is beyond English and beyond responsibility. i have always wondered about that whole, other people's pictures thing. it's kind of weird to know that there are people out there with me in their photo albums. or them in mine.

I have wondered about that as well. Sometimes while I'm driving I'll look at the car ahead of me or behind me, and think about the people in the cars. How their lives are just as simple and just as complex as mine. And how disconnected we all are. I may be twenty feet from the car ahead of mine, but I will never know those passengers, and they will never know me. We may never be concerned with one another.

Makes me want to run into them and introduce myself. :)
