Well, YES....I WILL have to congratulate you for being so disciplined with Summer and the phone! YEAH!!!! 3 CHEERS FOR BEN!!!! After all, you do have a lifetime to talk...and we want ya'll to live a lifetime together. Sleep is very important for your health, you know....so that you'll be able to live that long life with Summer. :)

All eighteen eggs in my tummy at once did not make it ache. In fact it made me feel better because I was no longer hungry.

Even though I know Summer and I have a lifetime to talk, I'm not going to waste any time starting my lifetime of talking. Thank you very much. ;) Because of this, talking comes first, and all else is fitted in.

Last night the it occurred to me that my groceries I had just gotten won’t last very long out of the refrigerator and the easiest way to move them to my
new home is in my stomach.

Actually, talk about gluttony... Yesterday, I and my co-workers ate at Sonny's, and we got a feast for 4 (which was really a feast for 6 or 7). I did my best to finish up, but there was no way it could all be eaten. Well, making matters worse, I drank three really large sweet ice teas. On the way back to work, every bump in the road and every acceleration was *groan*... I haven't been that full in a long time.

How I did it...I fried the eggs first, and then I ate them with a fork, and I was not a glutton. I was just full. I didn't make the same mistake you did, and I usually don't, by drinking a lot of liquids before I eat. I usually try to get my money's worth at a restaurant. They like to serve lots of liquids first, and I'm convinced it's because they don't want you to eat much later. So I refuse to comply. I sip on the liquids a little bit before my food comes. Then when I'm done eating I drink until I'm full.

I hope you like the advice.

Wow!! It's humbling to know I have such a profound influence on your life. I'm sure if you continue reading, you'll continue to be inspired. For what, I don't know, but you will be inspired.
