Just my personal link to the only Southland promo I have seen so far. And since I don't watch many NBC shows (especially with Leno on every freaking night at 10PM), and when I do watch NBC I NEVER see this commercial...so here's my link to the season 2 promo:

Yeah, I'll ignore the Tammi part as well. A little bit of an annoying character for the ditz factor and some comic relief at times is one thing, but we had to see far too much of her already. The idea of more is very unappealing. I'll go for the positive attitude and look at it as the technical change of status to make sure she's available to remain in the role, not that we'll have to endure her own storylines.

As for the more important part, no, I hadn't seen that commercial or heard the music. Both are new/news to me. I know NBC is promoting the shows debuting now, but I hope we start to see that- or versions of it- on televised and in print media.

Ya know I took the Tammi comment pretty much the same way. It puts her under contract so that she is available when/if they need her. As long as she is only used sparingly and as you said for comic relief, then that's fine, but I don't have any desire to suffer through a long storyline with her (God forbid they have her get pregnant or something long term like that! *Shudder* at the thought ( ... )

It's a very good find benlust.The clip it's self jumps a bit for me.And the vocal goes a bit out of sync but any Ben is better than none ( ... )

LOL, it's OK for Tammi to be around for a bit of comedy, I just don't want to see her get any air time that should/could be going to Ben! And you know I LOVE Barry the Base Head comedy as well.

I still think it's all clips from season one. I didn't see Dewey running in the clip...at what time point did you see him?

The woman hugging Nate is his wife, that is in the "Sally in the Alley" episode I believe, it's one that I won't watch. The girl in the other clip is Nate's sister who turns out to be his daughter.

I didn't see Ben kissing anyone while in uniform, what time point is that in the video...you know I like to over analyze everything so let me know and I will check it out!

Just a quick post. I was wrong on both counts Ben wasn't in uniform so it was 'Dasy Dog' he was kissing and it was Ben running at the end. WTF I thought it was DEWEY beats me.

I'm blaming the eye-patch for my slow vision.
I won't be looking at Ben and the 'D/Dog' often it makes me cringe and I know he is a great kisser but WTF with her/

Jealous of course...just sayin...

I hear what your saying about Daisy...she was such a waste of time and space! Hoping for better choices in season 2.

Time will tell I guess, I did hear a rumor that season one would be available on DVD in early 2010, but not sure if that is true. If so, hoping they include some interesting "extras"! :)
