I spent $600 on a onde day course yesterday. It did involve a couple of doctors from Sydney, and about $300,000 worth of medical imaging equipment, so I can appreciate the cost involved.
Happily it was useful, well taught, and only one day long. Now I just need to get my hands on an ultrasound machine, and practise my new skills! Can't see myself getting enough proctored cases to get the full qualification : ( so will just have to be grateful for my A4 certificate of turning-upness.
