Thats true, but I've always wondered if either of them really have the power to send the bombs flying just by themselves. I know movies have told me that they can but surely there are more failsafe's than just G.W.B's crazy ass opinion.

I mean nuclear missile sub captains have to have 2 people agree before nukes can be fired and thats after presidential/PM authorization.

Nukes are weird man, they fuckin fascinate me and utterly terrify me at the same time. Unlike george dubya who just fuckin terrifies me.
