Here we go.

step 1: http://azureus.sourceforge.net
step 2: in the "what you need..." section, download the newest Java applet for windows.
step 3: Download Azureus, the bittorrent program.
step 4: Install.
----
step 5: go to www.torrentspy.com and register.
step 6: Create a folder for all of your bittorrent files.

How bittorrent works:
You use Torrentspy.com to download a Torrent file. Which are very small. When downloaded, click "open", and the file automatically loads into Azureus, and downloads

the only risk you have using Bittorrent is that the file you're downloading has a virus attached to it, but the site screens all torrents.. so..

You can download off of it, then people can ONLY download from you what you've downloaded.

so ppl can't get onto the other files on your cpu, only the ones you've gotten from bittorrent.
