Paid off my $3000 dollar charity TV yesterday. Paid off my $3200 credit card debt yesterday. I now offically only owe family bad debt of a total $4000. Hosea once taught me there is good debt and bad debt. Good debt is like a mortage. Your investment increases in value more than the interest you pay on the loan, making it a profitable venture.
