Ben, that's awesome. It really is.

It's funny seeing the paradox within myself reading your post; part of me jealous of a faith I used to share in much the same way and lost some time ago, and the other the ideal, though critical and emerging atheist.

You should check out the book, "The Sparrow" sometime, if you get the chance. I think you would really enjoy the story. But I won't say why.

Oh my goodness you're so excited in that Ben-ish way you have that I feel like I should be jumping or something! But it's 12:40am and my family's trying to sleep so I won't...but...JIMI!!!

If you want to tell your religious stories you can put them behind an lj cut so that people who don't want to read them can stay away and people who want to read them will still be able too.
