Oh, Goddamnit!!
I was so proud of myself....I finally get my shit together and start framing my Trench Knife and Flora picture from Carnivale and I'm doing a pretty successful job of hanging my framed stuff up by myself and then....
Ok...let me back up...So I put the trench knife, picture and info card in this shadow box I bought for it a while back....all ready to hang, I see that there are two loops at the top on the back, level with each other, that I need to use to hang it. Poop...that means I have to make sure the hooks I put up are exactly level so it won't hang weird. I had bought this cool lazer level a few weeks ago when I hung my opera pictures so I figured....UREKA! I'll just use that to line up my hooks perfectly and measure the distance between them and it should hang just fine.... So I do all this, works like a CHARM!! It's just a HAIR crooked, but I can live with it.
So, satisfied, I pull the little tab that's suppose to relieve the sticky backing from my lazer level that's stuck to the wall, pull and RRRRRRIIIIIPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!! FUCK!! It ripped a big hole in the paint in the wall!!!
Pretty, huh? I just stared, mouth open for several seconds....nothing a coat of paint couldn't help but....GODDAMNIT!!

So now this is how it all looks:

So far so good with this one, though....
And now....the damn info card I put in my knife shadow box has become unstuck and is just hanging in there, looking like it's about to fall down....crap.
Other than that, I'm real happy with how it all turned out!!
