Tell your mother to IMMEDIATELY contact vermont legal aid (it's free). They help with eviction proceedings.

You/she may be able to delay the eviction by 60 days or longer, or indefinitely if you/she are/is able to pay the back rent.

I'm going to be applying to IBM soon for a full-time position and calling up some architecture firms to see if they have any openings for a draftsperson.If either of those works out, I'll probly be able to afford a cheap flat.
