Hey, good work - that's excellent! After breaking several rules of bar etiquette in New York, and probably offending a number of people (there are some very conflicting customs between our countries it seems), I feel I have finally figured out bars in America - so if I'm ever in Iowa, I'll stop by! :D

you'll have to come check it out. We've got Boulevard Wheat on tap (that is the one you really like, right?)

regardless, they've got a really wide selection of beers, and the wine list takes an entire 8.5X11 sheet of paper. Another entire page is devoted to the mixed drinks, which are all martini variations.

yup, and a couple of "margatinis"... the Ciclon Margatini, including3 parts bacardi Ciclon, two parts triple sec, and two parts lime juice... as well as a different version with some strawberry included. I don't have the margarite recipe written down, but I will learn it before too long.

I really want to try the "mandarin dreamsicle"... 1 part absolut mandarin, one part Dr. McGillicuddy's vanilla, one part countreay, two parrts orange juice and topped with a little bit of cream. Yummmmm....

I am currently studying the drink menu, if you are curious

Congrats on the job...I bartended about fifteen years ago, one of my favorite jobs.

I'm curious on the name though Cu? Other then the abbreviation for copper, I haven't a clue what it means...any idea?

While most equipment in the brewing process is made out of stainless steel, brew kettles are still made of copper (at least the bottom) because of it's incredible thermal dynamics characteristics.
