Bad news and good news. I no longer have a job at the bar. Brad tells me that Linda had them very overstaffed and that a few people were getting cut. As the new guy, I'd be one of the first to go anyway, regardless of personal differences. I resume the job hunt probably Wednesday

it's happened on the street corner before, where I'm slipped a few twenties to come play a house party. It's money, and I can play for many hours.

but yes jay, I'll be doing a lot of fingering and plucking, running my hand up and down the neck shaft, my nut is properly adjusted and I've got an extra G string just in case I break one.
