Roommate wanted in Brooklyn near Prospect Park

I was going to post this a long time ago (bad friend, bad), and now it's pretty last minute. A friend of mine is looking for a new roommate in her apartment on Parkside Ave. in Brooklyn near the Q train. The rent is $750/month + utilities. I'm glad you found me here. I have similar thoughts sometimes (regarding ever overlapping circles) but I've kind of gotten used to that happening. Well, mostly anyway.

Hi Dawn - Good to "see" you! I don't write (or read) here very often, either. Sounds like a perfect match. *grin* We're actually in Seattle, WA at the moment but G and I are supposed to leave tomorrow to journey back east.

Will you be at the LM retreat in the fall?

Sadly, no. I have no money, so not able to fly across the country to hang out with all of you. :^( Ironically, it would have been more likely for me to see you in Seattle (that's where one of my lovers is). Instead, I'm here at home, with my mom visiting from Memphis, having her help me (and sometimes "help" me) clean out the office so I can turn it into a space I can actually see clients in. The bad news is that the office is awash in sorting. The good news is that I'm looking at wall I haven't seen in 13 years.

I did say Seattle, didn't I? We're actually in Bellingham, WA - a couple of hours north of Seattle. We were in Seattle a couple of times this trip, in fact I had a gig there a couple of weeks ago.

I'm sorry you won't be able to make it across the country this time (both sympathetically and selfishly). It would have been great to see you either here or there. I'm going to be back in WA in mid-October. Being flown out to lead some CircleSinging.

Congratulations on getting the clearing and sorting done.
