well scarlet had to cancel playing tues. night because their van and trailer got fucking stolen. and guess what? austin's hardware etc was in their van! (sometimes i think somebody's got it in for us)
the boys from on broken wings are being generous enough to drop him off in about 4 hours. this should make for an interesting week

hardware, cymbals, and snare i believe. but those are the most expensive parts of the set, one cymbal stand is like 120 bucks. one cymbal is like 150-400 bucks

i know.
my best friend of 9 years is a drummer.
has been the whole time.
i learned two things:(i learned a lot of things)
1:hard ware is heavy
2:not cheap.

in better news, earlier tonight the van was recovered... the idiot that stole it was wearing a teeshirt from the merch box and tried to sell the van and trailer and it's contents to a venue for 1500 bucks and got arrested
