I had a terrifying dream last night

god was afflicting people with horrible visions, if anybody touched any of these stone objects that accompanied the visions, or anyone who had them, they died. the last one to die, i found. he was filled with water, and as i squeezed the water from his stomach he spoke what were to be his last words, as if the water held it suspended until then

Life on this planet sometimes appears as a horrible vision -- depending on how you look at it. This world is an illusion -- your true self is real. When people hold onto this illusory world as though it is real (stone objects) they can to some degree "kill" their spirit. (for example -- committed materialists) Your true self is independent of this illusory world and can maintain an outlook of equanimity and serenity despite the world appearance. The person filled with water may have drowned in his own words. Words create a person's reality, and, if they choose to, they can create a drowning pool for themselves out of words. Or, they can create a paradise.
