i require so much more sleep than i'm giving myself and it's really starting to take its toll.
my eyes are hot, i'm irritable, and not even a massage and kisses is shaking this mood.

gonna be a tough night to get through i think.

word. i took 3 scraps of paper and wrote 'DISCIPLINE', 'STRUCTURE', and 'SELF-CARE' on them and taped them to the wall to remind me because i've totally dropped the ball with sleeping, drinking water, cleaning, creating, anything constructive. i've become this net-addicted masturbating picture-posting time-waster.

i had great difficulty getting to sleep last night. despite attempting bedtime at one-ish it ended up being more like a toss-and-turn fest until almost four. now i'm grouching around the office and avoiding conversation for fear of biting off heads.

p.s. i got a text from st. louis jon today letting me know that the whole hospital thing was a "misunderstanding" and that he was going to go but then he felt better and now he's doing fine and back in muncie for the time being. so i want to nancy drew around and figure out how the whole seizure thing got misconstrued to such a drastic extent.
