The proverbial straw? I'd rather not talk about it here. But it's just bugged me a lot recently, IRL, on my friends list, on posting boards, etc etc.

Sorry if I ever get too factoidy for ID-related things... sort of programmed that way from non-geek related stuff. Much more likely to be secretly embarrassed than bragging though. I wouldn't even admit I was a geek until fairly recently.
