FriendFeed is closing down

I've mentioned FriendFeed here a few times, trying to get people to join.

What is FriendFeed? you ask (again). What it is, it's a great place to talk and to meet great people. As I commented elsewhere, "I came for the librarians, I stayed for the FriendFeeders

Two things:
1. I'm sorry you are losing a great meeting place
2. I wish I'd known about it a long time ago so I could have enjoyed it too.

LJ is so dead, and I don't know where everyone has gone.

Thanks. If/when we find a home, I'll let you know. There are a couple of good possibilities in the works.
