I was in the hospital last night and got out last night. I am fine, I went in last night since I was worried about this really bad pain I had in my arm with really high blood pressure. And absolutely no caffeine for me anymore at all!

I'm trying to take really good care of myself now. So I'm really having to change the way I eat. I would pretty much eat what ever not really caring about how unhealthy whatever I ate was and I can't do that anymore. I had to stop eating burgers and beef start eating alot more chicken and fish and I've had to make better choices when eating fast food. I don't think I'm allergic to caffeine but mabye I could be
