i was watching on television the verdict on court tv, 1:00 when it came out. the big fuss over it: the AM debates, continuous coverage of it, only made me interested more to see what the verdict would be. but, you know, i couldn't help comparing the people waiting outside the courtroom, cheering to the people at the gallows in medieval times, too. i remember feeling relatively the same thing, that how could all those people be cheering for that? to me, its a serious and disappointing situation in general ( ... )

yeah, that's how i feel about the world too. and that disturbs me probably more than anything else.

as for the press selling what sells, yes, of course.

but do you honestly think the average murder trial gets nearly the judicial resources that this case got? it's not just the media.

i would like to think so. but, perhaps not. ok, probably not. but, life is not fair in any respects even though we try to make it..somewhat, right?

no, it isn't just the media. we all have something to do with it.

naw, life's not fair, and it won't be for the forseeable future. you see it all the time when you walk down the streets of pretty much anywhere. and its important to remmember that one remmember that when one is posed with difficulties

but when it comes to anyone else, it's just a cop out, if that. some things indeed can't be helped. and some people will always have advantages. but so many inequalities are directly caused by the action or disaction of other people. and in these cases, fairness is under our control.
