Glad you and Plum had a good time!

I was talking about the Star Trek reboot movies with an online friend of mine, an Italian woman in her early 30's. She told me she thought the new Spock was pretty good, but who she really had the hots for was Spock Prime. She's 32; Leonard Nimoy is 82. So if you're exceptional enough, even being well beyond middle age is no impediment to being a romantic lead, at least in some people's eyes. And I hope you know that you're exceptional. ;-)

Thanks! Yes, I do know that love happens at all ages. I’m just glad to see the occasional merest glimmering of an acknowledgement of that fact from Hollywood. :-) (And I have to say, as nice as it is that James Gandolfini was cast as the romantic lead, it would be nice if a chubby actress could get work once in a while, too.)
