I like all different cheeses, but lately a favorite strong stinky cow's milk cheese of mine has been English Stilton cheese. You should also check out smoked gruyere. It's excellent! Brie is a tried and true favorite and very versatile. Dill havarti is good on crackers, and Oaxaca Mexican cheese is pretty and comparable to mozzerella. In France alone there are about 380 different types of cheeses! A new cheese for every single day in a year.

that happens a lot whenever i'm reading non-fiction. which is most of the time. people suck. been reading a book about the russian soldier during wwII called "ivan's war". not bad. after that i'm going into the american indian wars from 1492-1776. by the way let me know if you need a cheese partner, i am a fan of said thing.
