Grey is the new black.

So, recently, the hot color for spring seems to be...grey.  I know, right?  And not just any grey, but that certain Crayola Soviet Grey shade.  Seriously, it's everywhere, often on very severely-tailored pieces.  This spring, fashion Does Not Want Fun.

And we've got this rather stunningly bland outfit in at work, which I found to be so offensively

grey was the in color because of Christian Siriano. This was his Spring 2009 collection (which would have been shown in fall 2008- so because of the trickle down effect (did you see Devil Wears Prada?_) grey showed up in department stores like yours <3
