After reaching her personal and professional breaking point, Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh) heads down to Santa Monica, Calif.

That really is the worst possible title. It's Addison! would have been much better. Also, what's wrong with Oceanside?

I know, seriously! At least they sad that the title wasn't necessarily final, but seriously?!?! it doesn't really get worse than private pracice

Plus, the whole premise just generally sounds lame. I mean, seriously?

It...kind of sounds exactly like the premise for Grey's. They even use the word "quirky," which is just one stop away from "neurotic."
