SO! our apartment lease is up as of september first. so yesterday was the last time we'll pay rent at this hellhole. we thought we'd have the house by now, but it's not looking like it's going to be this soon. it's just because the bank needs to approve the short sale, which can be a very long time for now, or next week. there's just no telling ( Read more... )
