I got Barnum from the vet about five last night. We rushed over to another clinic to fetch a padded e-collar, since the standard ones pose no kind of challenge to Barnum, Toy Surgeon. He got the damn thing off once or twice before I made it to Factoria, got it off again while I paid the bill, and got it off again while we were on the road. ( Read more... )

Yep. No humping in the forecast, however, not for a single member of the Berbian Household. (Not that Barnum's particularly in the mood.)

*hugs* Me too, critterbean, me too.

Hey, ANY time. :)
kamenkyote speaks very highly of you, so it's no bother at all to offer whatever help I can.

Aww. *blushgrins* Well, I think Kamen's Aces, and I've yet to meet a soul who doesn't speak highly of both of you. One of these days we'll get to meet. You're both welcome to crash space in my basement hideaway anytime.

Argh! I know the "Suffer your Pain" factor. At least you know there are good results on the way. I'd suggest bags of frozen peas to keep the swelling down, they helped me back with the wisdom teeth, but Barnum would probably ignore them or eat them. I would not look forward to ralphed peas.
