I still have quite the belly to pat. :/ BUT! I am on the way to de-fatass-ing myself, at long last, and it feeleth GOOD. ROW ROW ROW.

Turns out, it's also a grand way to watch things like Battlestar Galactica. One episode = 45 min = 9500 meters or more = tired Berby.
