About time you did an update! Good to hear things are settling down a little for you. Stress=bad.

Cool on Cara visiting! I won't even mention how sad I am that she's not getting work done. Nope. Not me! (<--totally unfair, too: If you're in the Northwest, don't waste time doing things there that you could be doing at home!)

I may or may not just miss you guys, then. Possibly going to Seattle first week+ of November...but that's suddenly iffy.

She'll be bringing some work with her, as I understand it. ;) I'll have assignments up the wazzu once we get back from Portlandia. That third week will be spent laborin'. Though I do plan on a couple of fun excursions during our work week. Ahem. ;)

Nice to hear how you is, Big Guy. Worrisome about the pup, but sending good healthy thoughts her way. Seems like forever since I saw you, but stuff happening in the frantic relm often makes time seem long. Glad you got to nanner with Mike and his honey.

Scooter is on anti-biotics for two more weeks. Fighting an infection in the leg, is what they told me. Sometimes it makes me emotional.. but I try not to overcompensate, so teh boi don't wiggy out on me.

I am... ok for a fat woman with a gimpy leg and in counselling for stress. ::HUGS:: Sending success thoughts for the show and stuff. Cara visit will be good fur ya.

I've been a pretty bad blogger. :/

We love our kids. It's not surprising that their conditions sometimes get the better of us; this stuff stresses you out! You've got a good boi in Sky, though, and we both know it. He'll be there when you need him to be.

Next time we get together, we can trade counselling stories. >:) And that won't be too far away! Say, the third Friday of November, I'm planning on taking Cara birding out in the Skagit valley. Care to join us fo' dinna, you and yo' man?

Yeah, stuff with Scooter and my mom and work just got to me... added to my knee and the apnea! I like my counsellor lady, she is cool and we do a lot of letting me nanner and cry... but she cries with me. Anyway...

Third weekend? Is that 17-19? We will be at MFF with Gene and Mike and Mark. (Chicago) Guess we will miss you again.
