nice little rant we have there.. i know tis not exactly the same well concidering im straight but erm..im not skinny by a long shot..and to be honest i dont care...im pale as hell...and i love it...makes me a littel differnt from all these people deliberately giving them selves cancer..
there is no pressure as far as im concered on gay people to keep tanned and pale its personal and very shallow taste....
to be honest boy youve got the man you want ....do you really care about what the rest of the gay population think?
its doesnt really make any diferace to a city full of people wether your tanned and thin...and (please dont get any thinner,you'll disapear) because in two sedconds flat there gone..and you wont remeber even seeing them or they wont remember seeing you...its no big deal..

*huggles* You're totally right about the media thing, but mr..You're stupid =P you dont need to be somebody else, you dont need to change. I mean i'd like to change my nose and my ass but my friends love me for who i am, not for who i wanna be. And like i've said to you before, Stu loves (well dunno about loves, he might =S) you for who you are. But you've gotta pay in mind that there are less attractive guys in the world than media models and they're all happy.

Hi Pauli. I'm not sure I think there is any more preasure on young gay people as any other section of society. I don't really care too much about my appearance (okay, I know it shows!) and all I look for in others is a nice smile and a twinkle in the eye, lol. After that it's down to personality. Being pretty is all good and well, but we all get old and looks fade. If you don't have intelligence, humour and something to say, well what are you left with? I mean, your appearance has changed since we first started chatting, but I bet its still the same thing that make you attractive to people - your humour, warmth, kindness and compassion - oh, and that smile - can't forget that. xxxxxxx
