All of the accepted players will have their accepted applications put into posts separated by school so new players can search what the other characters they're interested in apped with and can possibly create histories around that if that's what they wish to do.
Rokkaku:
Character name: Kurobane “Bane” Harukaze
Character school: Rokkaku Chu
Character journal:
wreck_diver Backstory: Bane continued playing tennis through high school, though it just wasn’t the same without all of his old teammates from Rokkaku, but he stuck with it until after he graduated. Following his love of the sea, and despite his parents wishes for him to one day take over the family’s tailoring business, he pursued a degree in marine sciences in college with a minor degree in archeology. His specialty is shipwreck exploration and salvage, though, being new to the field, he’s still trying to get work. In the meanwhile, he’s been working the desk at his family’s shop and working odd jobs to make ends meet, and voluntarily doing the groundskeeping at Ouji’s so the local kids have somewhere fun and safe to go play and learn tennis like he did.
He’s maintained a strong bond with Davide since they first met at Rokkaku. Bane was aware of his own feelings towards his partner during his final year at Rokkaku, but he didn’t act on them until his first year of high school. Thankfully, the feelings were mutual and the two have been dating ever since.
As the Rokkaku team had been incredibly close, Bane never actually fell out of touch with any of his old teammates, except for any rare case where the other party never responded. Personality-wise, other than being somewhat less violent in his reactions to Davide’s puns, he’s the same laid-back and compassionate guy he was in junior high.
Bane received the invitation for the cruise, and, as much as he would have liked to catch up with the others, he had received an invitation from Saeki to join him on his world tour earlier, so he had to decline due to accepting the one from his friend already.
How are they on the island?: He’s with Saeki.
Anything you wanna ask or prod any other players before you are accepted?: Not really?

samurai_sailorBackstory What has your character been doing since they graduated from middle school?
Saeki continued to play tennis through high school, but he wasn’t as into it as he had been in middle school. After graduating, he decided to becoming a travel journalist instead of continuing with tennis or kendo. At the moment, he’s rented a nice little boat and is sailing around the world to write a book for others to follow. He survives by fishing and stopping in small ports along the way. Saeki’s boss at the magazine he usually writes for forced him to get internet on his boat to stay in touch, otherwise he wouldn’t have any way to contact the outside world.
How are they on the island? - skip if you're applying before March 20th
Saeki got caught up in a storm as he was sailing and got thrown toward the island. He crashed more along the back side of the island, but he’ll have made his way to the beach before the wreck.
Anything you wanna ask or prod any other players before you are accepted?
Do the Fuji brothers or any other Rokkaku players want to have back story or interactions with Saeki? He’d be more than open to friendships or romantic relationship. Especially with Syuusuke or Yuuta.

Character name: Amane “Davide” Hikaru

punish_davideBackstory:
During high school, Davide was well appreciated by the tennis club on account of his strength and skill, but his jokes were not appreciated at all. The reactions his habitual punning produced amongst his new peers were neither violent, nor mocking. They were always met with a cold and stony silence. Frustrated with this, Davide became all the more determined to elicit reactions with his jokes, and once he entered university, joined a student comedy club. Now in his final year of his studies, he is somewhat of an infamous figure on campus, though it must be said he always gets more laughs walking onto the stage than any of his jokes produce. Davide is oddly proud of this reputation.
His deadpan sense of humour making him seem stoic, Davide is not exactly the romantic type. Yet, even through this standoffish exterior, Bane always seemed to understand him, and this kind of simple, natural connection was what he treasured most. While in his last year of junior high, Davide was visited often by his former doubles partner, who surprised him one day by asking him out. Davide was pleased, but his reaction of, “I will, Jill~” earned him his first ever slap in the face from Bane. Davide really enjoys teasing his boyfriend with bad jokes, more than anyone else.
Davide has not drifted too far from the Rokkaku group. Even if he rarely plays tennis any more, he still likes to visit Ojii’s workshop to get maintenance on his racquet, which he still treasures. Davide has managed to land himself quite a steady part-time job with a small removal company, already having the responsibility of his own van due to his physical strength and reliability. Along with Bane, Davide declined to embark on Atobe’s cruise because he wanted to take the chance to hang out with Saeki.
How are they on the island? At sea, with Sae. …pfft.
Anything you wanna ask or prod any other players before you are accepted?: Oh God the puns, now I can’t stop. Mostly I just want to apologise to everyone for the puns. I’m sorry.

Character name Aoi Kentarou
Character school Rokkaku
Character journal
onnanoko_to_chu Backstory After the third years, and later Davide graduated from Rokkaku-chuu, Aoi kept up the tennis club as best he could as captain-- stepping up to train the transferring elementary school students. Though the graduation of many of Japan's most talented middle schoolers left him lacking in real competition (with notable exceptions), he never lost his passion for having fun and enjoying himself in tennis. Eventually, his desire to train the next powerful generation of tennis players overcame any disappointment he once held for not being able to push himself to his best during matches.
Aoi kept up tennis as much as he could during high school, spending more time back at Rokkaku helping Ouji in whatever way he needed. It had been a part of his life for so long that giving it up would be like losing a close friend. At the same time, high school opened up so many possibilities that he fell into a dozen different hobbies easily. During the years he popped in and out of almost every club imaginable, both to make friends and learn everything… about everything. And meet girls, that was a plus.
With girls, Aoi continued his challenges to himself to earn the right to the affections of his female classmates. When the tennis club no longer attracted a large following, he went all-out for each specific girl he had a crush on, and dated as much as someone as girl-shy and habitually loud as Aoi could date. Unfortunately his cool methods on the tennis courts didn't translate entirely, he tended to blurt out his feelings awkwardly, which some girls found charming in a way…
Right now, Aoi is attending college courses part time while he figures out what direction he'd like to go in for the rest of his career. He leans towards ethics, but anything that keeps him inside and bored too long runs the risk of not being a suitable challenge anymore. His father has volunteered to let him work construction with him, and although he enjoys helping out, it's not a job he could see himself in forever.
That's not to say he's jobless. Aoi's unbridled enthusiasm and polite nature earned the attention of one of his friends, who directed him toward somewhere that sickening level of happiness was acceptable-- Disneyland. He currently works as a skipper at the Jungle Cruise, where he can spend all day telling jokes so bad it would make Davide jealous. And being painfully loud and friendly. And getting paid for it.
How are they on the island? Unable to skip out on his shifts, both logistically and personally, Aoi was sadly resigned to turning down Saeki's invitation for the time being. Until he decided-- hey, he drives a boat at work all day, could a boat without a track be any more difficult? He rented a ship just big enough for the trip and has been trailing the Rokkaku boat about a day behind, planning on catching up and making a grand entrance. Somewhat.
Anything you wanna ask or prod any other players before you are accepted? I apologize for your ears IN ADVANCE!! :D Rokkaku ASSEMBLE! I also figured he'd be invited to Saeki's trip, because they're Rokkaku and that's how they roll. Also up for slashing him with pretty much anyone, within reason.
