Today I received a lovely Sympathy card from one of my best friends, whom I have known for nearly thirty years. The funny thing is, in all that time, his mother never liked me, because she thought there was a romantic interest involved, which there wasn't, hence our long friendship! I am sorry to say that my dad died on Tursday morning, 5th May, without my having had the chance to see him first. The funeral is on the 13th, and I am most definitely going to be there.

I forgot. I permed my hair last night. Not sure if I want to go out today....

I've given up smoking, I've started up my own Kleeneze business, I've booked the Harbourmaster's Cottage in Greenwich, and now I have officially started training for the 2006 London Marathon!
