I'd never heard of "IT Usability" before - isn't there anything similar offered closer to home or as distance learning? What did you specifically want to get out of it?

It is a combination of the Pschology based Human computer interaction priciples combined with User interface design theory and information architecture theory.

There are many courses that have UID, IA or HCI modules but this is the only one that covers usability specifically. If you discover another let me know...

As for what I want out of it...I feel I have reached the limit of my earning potental unless I have an Msc. I don't want to take on the burden of an Msc unless it is something that I find interesting. In the world of web design, it is 'Usabilty' that..er...does it for me.

hehehe.... we should swap places, you'd make a brilliant virgo... I certainly dont live up to the title...

I get my mom lecturing at me that Im just like another cancerian....

Anyways, do what you feel is right, more often than not, doing things on impulse saves a lot of stress and hassle of thinking whether its right or not... (comprendes? coz I certainly dnt... lol...). Hey, if you never did things on impulse, you would never have had such fantastic weekends like the warwick one and me coming up there at teh last minute for cyberpolis etc... ;o)

For me it's all about establishing a routine. Once I've thrown myself into something and set up a routine it becomes easy, to carry on. Thats why I just signed up. I've now got to make sure I go enough. Mt plan is to go to the gym in my lunch hour and then go swimming for 45 min after work. Combined with the football and kung fu, that should sort out those abbs :-)
