Eye-candy: Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp - for me maybe not so much an eye-candy as a brilliant actor. It’s always a tremendous pleasure for me to watch him on screen. All his films are meaningful and his performance is always amazing.

Johnny Depp this time. Mh ... okay :)
I have to say I had a hard start with this guy, watched some episodes of Jump Street but never felt in love with that show and didn't understand the hype all my friends and collegues were in about him. But finally ... *points to your list* ... Gilbert Grape, yes, when I watched that movie the first time I was fascinated about his acting skills. But I fear I'm not a big fan, I still haven't watched all his movies, never felt the need to. Pirates of the Caribbean - surely, Secret Window, yep, The Ninth Gate *noddes*. And, guilty pleasure for me, Chocolate (God, I so LOVE this movie!). Or Sweeney Todd. And I also love the most of his dubbing work (Corpse Bride - such a cute movie!) or last year I was soo amused by Rango LOL.
Okay, I could continue here. Seems like I like Johnny Depp a bit more than I thought ...

Corpse Bride and Rango! Absolutely! Loved them both :)

Yeah - it does sound as if you like him a tiny bit more.... lol

I think what me personally fascinates the most is that he doesn't think so much of himself. He doesn't see himself as attractive or handsome. It's cool to find another one (especially one who definitely looks yummy ;)) who doesn't think so much about him- or herself.
