Morning daze.

Beder's birthday just passed. It was pretty great, everything went very well. I made a sweet whole wheat pie and some qatayef. It all came out so good and everyone loved it. My sister, daniel, damaya, and grand parents came over to our apartment for dinner. We also went to the mesjid for the noon prayer. Someone was getting married so it was packed

I knew a girl whose hijab would always match with her outfit. She wore sparkly ones too. Very nice. I myself am a big fan of them, any head scarf really. You need to teach me how to wrap one up in different ways because I know there's more than one way. I always wanted to rock a head scarf with shades. My mom has a BUNCH. If you ever come by, you can have a look. Maybe take a few with you. She has several pashminas I think.

There's this cool website I learned quite a few things from called hijabtrendz.com. Also, youtube I found different ways to wrap it. I'm not really using it as a fashion statement or something a long those lines, it's for religion. Though some women wear them for style purposes. To each his/her own right? Lol.
